Understanding complexity

We understand how the complexity of each unique situation profoundly influences the nature of any change response. We encourage and develop the ability to 'look all around, as well as ahead,’ translating what is seen into great predictive plans and programmes. This is what ‘navigators' habitually do. 

We also know that in situations of increasing complexity, a plan should be supported by plausible alternative scenarios. And in times of transformation or radical uncertainty where the plans just do not work, we will help you to develop relationships that are robust, trusting and insightful.
